isapnp is turned on and I have tried both the pnp and non-pnp settings
on the card.
It's like Linux doesn't see it, but if I put another sound card in, that
previously worked, it won't work, and I figured it's because of a
conflict with the existing cs4231 card.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
