[ale] palm pilot replacement

I knew it would happen eventually, but the digitizer on my palm IIIx has
finally croaked. Sooooo....

I'm looking at replacements. PalmOS is a requirement, affordable is HIGH
requirement. 

What are ALErs using that they like (and dislike). I would _love_ to be
able to replace my pilot and cell phone with one gizmo. I don't think
that is an option A) price, B) Phone market it Atlanta.
