[ale] kde startup

Geoffrey,

Close all applications or only keep those running that you'd like to have
come back on the next startup.  Then logout and choose "Save Session". 
This should do it.

Saving the session records all applications running at the time you do so
and starts them up at the next session.  So apparently at some point you
saved the session while Konqueror was running.
