I gave up on Ginstar. Have been buying components from Monarch Computer
ever since and have been happy with everything thus far and except for some
items, most of which Ginstar doesn't carry anyway, they are along the same
price as Ginstar, just a little bit furthur to drive for me is all.

Strangely enough, I have had no problems with Ginstar when it comes to
buying what I call "throwaway components". Sounds cards, Nics, low end
video cards and such. And I get pretty good support if I'm buying
motherboards as long as I know exactly what I'm buying before I go there
to get it.

But their customer support is pathetic. THey are up to speed on the
latest windows related stuff. And their Techs are afraid to ever admit
that they are wrong.
