Let's face it folks, doesn't matter how it's managed, you don't have a 
guaranttee that what you select get's counted, whether it's the new 
electronic, punch paper, or fill in the little circles with the No. 2 
pencil.

The current system is no worse or no better then the previous.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
