[ale] Resuming download from command-line FTP (NM, got it)

It's worked for me with a new ftp session, I don't know that I've ever 
tried it with a different session on a different server, but I don't see 
why it wouldn't.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
