[ale] VNC over SSH2

You are forwarding the HTTP port, but you need to forward
the RFB port as well:

ssh2 -L 8080:192.168.0.4:5800 -L 8180:192.168.0.4:5900
sangell at mydynamicdns.dyndns.org

should do the trick.
