[ale] Recommendations/Caveats re: acquiring DSL service

Where in Atlanta?  Actually in Atlanta, or one of the burbs.

I've been with http://www.speedfactory.com for about 3 months now and 
they've been great.  Very responsive and so far, no downtime at all.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
