Well, I have finally released my 'gpoll' project unto freshmeat. It's a 
GPL'ed online voting program, written in Perl, and uses PostgreSQL, mySQL, 
Oracle, or Sybase as the backend. It's a bit unnerving to throw 5000 lines 
of Perl out there for the world to pick over and critique, but what's done 
is done, and I think it's a fairly good program.

It's still on the frontpage of freshmeat, but won't be for long. 
I welcome any and all feedback regarding it: there are probably 
bugs that will be obvious to others but invisible to me as I 
have been working with the code for so long. :)

It requires one of the databases mentioned above, and perl (naturally) 
plus the DBI module. Having mod_perl and Server Side Includes are 
optional, but nice to have.
