[ale] PDAs and Linux

I've been through three different Palms, currently have a Palm IIIc. 
Works great with Linux.  I use jpilot for desktop access to my palm 
stuff and it syncs well.  This is a serial dock, I don't know about usb.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
