[ale] New version of Cybiko<->Linux CLI manager

A new version of cyucon ( http://www.devrs.com/cybiko/download.php#apps
) is now on the web at 
http://tomshiro.org/cyucon2.  It features many bugfixes, improved
documentation, a complete code reorganization, and the ability to upload
files from the cybiko to your Linux box.  

I promise that I'll work with more folks at the next InstallFest, now
that this is outta the way.
