I guess this is sligthly off topic, but since I'm trying this from my
linux laptop.....

I'm connecting to a Solaris 6 on an Ultra 10 box from my linux (RH7.1)
laptop. I have my DISPLAY set ok; I can get xclock to run and display
on my laptop.

However, I'm trying to run admintool and it keeps core dumping with an
Arithmetic Exception.

I did some searching and found a previous post (Aug 2000) to sunmanagers
regaarding this and it suggested adding some lines to XF86Config (it was
for Solaris x86). I'm not running Solaris on intel so I don't think
that applies.

Any one have any thoughts on how to get around this?

I'm tyring to use Admintool to disable login on Serial B so I can
install/use Powerchute and hook up the UPS to Serial B. I'm sure there
is a command line way to do that, but I haven't figured it out yet. If
someone can help me with that also, I can get past my immediate problem.

Thanks,

Gene
