I have to recommend Ogle DVD Player
http://www.dtek.chalmers.se/groups/dvd/

The package is very nice and if you use Red Hat 7.2 you can just install
the rpm's and it will work.  I have it running on a Vaio laptop.  I am
getting between 23-16 framerate so that is good for me.
