ale at ale.orgSubject: [ale] SpamHi:
I am being bombarded by SPAM. I'm sick of it. I'm a C programmer and I
don't do a lot of systems work I'm attempting to use webmin to set up some
spam filters. I understand how to do that; however, I am struggling with which
values should I choose to catch the &*$$%^(**&'s? When looking
at the mail headers, I usually see several domains and possible ip addresses
in several "Received" sections of the header. Should I try to block the first
one listed, the last one listed, or all of the above? Should I try to block ip
addresses, networks, email addresses, or domains?
Please excuse my ignorance. Does anyone have any pointers? --Â
