[ale] unable to boot up in run level 5 so I expunge linuxconf

Since discovering webmin, I too have expunged linuxconf.  I always
disliked it, but it mostly worked.  I find webmin to be far more
elegant and intuitive, and I think it is more capable, too.

I recommend it.
