[ale] atlnet (more OT than selling hardware, but less then selling a bird)

Anyone out there still using atlnet for dialup.  I spoke to someone who
was recently, but can't locate their email addr.

I was popping email down from there to make sure I'd taken care of all
my list subscriptions, but now I can't seem to access that server.
