You think that is something.   Go to www.lexmark.com .
Check out customer support, Technical support, and then
select a printer.
When you click on Knowledge base you get an error.   But
when you use IE you don't get the error.

Ops just tried it here at home.   It must have been the
Linux OS that it didn't like at work.

Running Netscape6.2 under Debian-2.4.6, I now find that
the items on Ebay that have included pictures
[jpeg images, I think] show a blank.

Formerly this was not the case and seems to have
spontaneously occurred ;-)

Anyway, how might this be remedied, please ?
