[ale] missing dependencies under Redhat.........

Not to start a distro war but...

Up2date lacks (among other things) the ability to set up mirrors and
unsupported urls (handy for items like blackdown jave).

It seems to be helpful on redhat boxen but there is another tool. I
think rpmfind does dependency checks.... I remember now... it is called
autoupdate.

up2date foo

(eg, up2date openssh would put OpenSSH on your box, and also OpenSSL if
you 
didn't already have it)
