CAVEAT: I never use webmin. It may do things differently.

Does sendmail accept mail for the domain?
Check /etc/mail/local_host_names (on Debian) or whatever file is
defined with the Fw macro in the sendmail.cf (sometimes
sendmail.cw) ... is the virtual host in there?

Are the virtusertable entries there?
Check /etc/mail/virtusertable (on Debian) or whatever file is
defined with the Kvirtuser macro in sendmail.cf (usually called
virtusertable) ... are the forwarding rules in there?

Run: sendmail -bv virtuser at virthost.com and send us the output. This
may require root, depending on your config. (It requires trusted
    user access)

Also ... is sendmail configured to do virtual hosting? Check
sendmail.cf for some arcane rules with VirtHost in them. If they
aren't there, that's something to look at.
