[ale] w(h)ining on w(h)ine

I am trying hard to remain "Windows free" but I need this particular software 
to work. I have tried to get this program to WINE, but got an error message. 
It is a pretty small program that helps me submit pages to the search 
engines. Can anyone get this to work? TIA
