another idea: come in dressed as one of the Cory's (Feldman|Haim) in the
Lost Boys (wooden stakes strapped to your back, cloves of garlic strung
around your neck, squirt guns filled with holy water) At random intervals,
walk up to him and hold a mirror to his cheek with an expression of wonder
on your face. Everytime the word "innovative" comes out of his mouth,
squirt him. Then proceed with Cade's directions.

> > Hello all,
> > Tomorrow a MS representative is scheduled to be a guest speaker
in my
> > software engineering class at GSU. He will be explaining the
wonder
> > that will be .Net. I have obtained a copy of .Net (has and will
not be
> > installed). Reading the EULA is quite scary and makes me more
than a
> > little angry. It basically says any code written with it may not
be
> > freely redistributed and must be copyrighted with as much
protection as
> > Visual Studio .Net. Kind of the antithesis of GPL. It also
prohibits
> > the programmer from developing software that directly competes
with MS
> > Access.
>
> Suppose a .Net service uses Access as a client for a MySQL database
using
> ODBC. Does that bother them? Who determines what "directly
competes" with MS
> Access? And just for jollies, ask him about the "Hailstorm"
initiative that
> MS just killed due to lack of interest. Pretend you didn't know it was
> already dead.
