Suppose a .Net service uses Access as a client for a MySQL database using 
ODBC. Does that bother them? Who determines what "directly competes" with MS 
Access? And just for jollies, ask him about the "Hailstorm" initiative that 
MS just killed due to lack of interest. Pretend you didn't know it was 
already dead.
