	When you say registrar, may I assume that you mean a domain registrar
and not a web host? If so, I have to put in a good word for the one I
just switched to. I was using NameZero's paid service before and was not
especially pleased. I just switched to Active Domain
(http://www.active-domain.com) and am very pleased. It is  $9.95/year,
has the options I needed included in that price and will allow you to
use your own DNS servers or to use theirs. Good luck
