[ale] Format of /proc/<pid>/stat

The spec is described in 'man 5 proc'.  You're probably interested in 
the sum of utime and stime (fields 14 and 15).  Measurements are in 
jiffies, which on an x86 is 1/100 sec.

Excuse me for being ignorant.  I can not see to lcate the 
specification of /proc/<pid>/stat.  I have read  
Documentation/proc.txt and is seems that the documentation does not 
want me to know much about the proc VFS.  I'm looking for the 
maximumx amount of cpu time a process has used.  I'm looking for 
hogs.
