[ale] diagram tool

ArgoUML is a UML/CASE tool that's
BSD-licensed. http://argouml.tigris.org/

It's a Java app. As with Jeff and Magic Draw, I've never used ArgoUML,
though I did d/l and play with it a while back (almost 2 years). Not
enough experience to give it any recommendation, though.
