Suse rpm's often won't mix well with RedHat or Mandrake distro's. There
are problems with package names wich causes dependancy issues. There are
also problems with where things get put from a binary rpm. I have had
problems using suse's src.rpm's as well. They really do rename a lot of
stuff.
In short, the answer is no. Don't hold your breath either on Suse moving
towards the RedHat distribution model, either. It's not in their best
interest to have RedHat rpm's compatable with their packages. Some of
the high-end systems they package for are their bread and butter money
makers.
You might find a suitable rpm on www.rpmfind.net
