I would also nominate:

- Seven of Nine:  Her leadership would bring the
chaotic kernel development into order with the
Borg technology.

- William Gates, III:  Just imagine what the OOP 
technology in Visual Basic will do to the Linux 
kernel. Besides, it will solve all of the world's 
poverty problem, since there are so many 
international Linux developers out there.
