[ale] moving partitions

Hi there,

It all depends, if you have enough disk space you can tar them up and then
untar them where you need them using the -C option...

Also if you are moving / you need to edit the /etc/fstab and /etc/lilo to
point ot wherever the disk is now. 

I would do this from a console in runlevel 1
