[ale] Bonnie++: How to Compile

Just a guess here, but start with "./configure", then "make", then "make 
install".
If that doesn't work, check for scripts in the source directory, like 
"install-sh".
If bonnie++ is a real small program, you much just have to gcc the 
source file, and link it.
