	Of course.  Most of them do.  If you want to pay for it (commercial
rates).  You'll probably even get a small subnet of addresses.

	Oh...  I guess you really meant, can you get a static IP address
for the price you pay for dynamic IP addresses.  Not likely.

	It boils down to how much you are willing to pay for that service,
and it IS a premium service for which you should expect to pay more.
