Nah, you don't need to understand Chinese, you just need 
a babelfish. More specifically, use:

http://bablefish.altavista.net

Select "web page", enter your URL, select "Chinese to English" 
and voila! Looks to me like they are listing various flags 
with their descriptions. I don't know what your site is, so I 
can't tell if it's a mirror or they are stealing images. 
Either way, you could always email them and ask them to 
use local copies of their images. If they don't comply, change 
your image names. Frequently. :)
