[ale] If you can't post to the list

The method ezmlm uses to check to see if you are a subscribe is
different from the method used my majordomo.

If you are told you cannot send to the list you need to add your email
address to the allowed list.

Send an email to ale-allow-subscribe at ale.org from the account(s) you
send email from. You will be asked to confirm the request, but you will
not receive multiple messages.
