[ale] Upgrading RH6.2->7.2

Hmm. RedHat seems to be improperly detecting the status of a drive. I'm
trying to upgrade a 6.2 box to 7.2. It keeps failing claiming a drive
was not properly unmounted. If I <ctl><alt><F4>, I can see it's griping
about /dev/hdd, the zip drive (ide style). I've tried with no disk in,
disk in, formatted ext2 disk in, fat disk in. Blech!
I looked in RH's errata page for an updated disk image, but no luck. I
_could_ open the box and pull the drive, but that would be cheating. The
hard drive is heavily partitioned (1-13). The installer only loads hda.
Sugestions are very welcome.
