[ale] dual displays

i was just curious.... i heard a guy on the list
talking about useing 2 vid cards to run dual displays?
why would someone care to do this? what is the
benifit? i have often wanted to be able to have 6
screens running each terminal in lunux but i doubt
thats possible at the moment but whats with dual
displays? i see some graphix cards support it..
