[ale] BellSouth DSL and Windows "Internet Sharing"...

I am trying to do this via the Internet sharing wizard that comes
with Win98SE or ME.  

Judging from my experiences, I don't think it is possible.  Perhaps
Bellsouth intentionally refuses to work with  the Internet Sharing within
these operating systems?
