[ale] X esound, xmms and OSS?

But this is a specific character set it is complaining about. The 8859-1 character set is one of the character sets for English. Is there any chance you haven't compiled in support for that character set? At any rate, I doubt that OSS will affect the font and character set issues.

Ok,  I'm getting the same problems with mpg123 now.  It just took alot longer
to show up.  I'm looking into a new upgrade of OSS sound drivers (bought the
license).

Do you know how to fix this?

** CRITICAL **: Couldn't open playlist font

Gdk-WARNING **: Missing charsets in FontSet creation

Gdk-WARNING **:     ISO8859-1

I've got all the fonts installed I'm pretty sure.
