A quick search of Freshmeat shows a client called CenterICQ.

Subject: [ale] ICQ, cmd line?
Is there a good command line ICQ client? I've got family who use it
instead of IRC/Email for some reason. I'd like a client I can just
run under screen so I can hit it remotely from work, etc...
Suggestions? (I don't wanna try the 20+ clients on freshmeat)...
Robert
