[ale] Bootable disk to wipe a drive.

I need to create a single bootable floppy that identifies all the hard drives 
on a machine then fdisk/reformats them based on a specified set of inputs 
(probably from a file on the disk). I only require ide support but scsi would 
be nice as well. I think I've heard of things similar to this that I could 
use as a baseline for what I need but I can't seem to find it now. Anyone 
have any pointers/suggestions?
