[ale] reset scsi bus

Duh, that what the whole /proc system is for, Jim!

Yes, I've been known to think occasionally.

So will this overwrite/reset a device that was accidentally turned off
and/or not responding, or is there a way to remove a device from the
/proc/scsi/scsi listing (safely!)
