[ale] Old devices on 100Base-T network

I have old 10mb devices that I wish to put on a pure 100 network.  All these devices currently use AUI -> 10Base-T tranceivers.  I've seen AUI ->100Base-TX and FX but does anyone know if a AUI->100Base-T beast exists.  If so, can you tell me where to buy them?
