[ale] OpenSource InfoSec standards

Nice to hear of this effort.  I'll check it out.  Of course, I don't
think I can contribute from my level of knowledge, but I am sure others
on ALE can.  Especially, Bob Toxen might.  This would be a great effort
to have all distributions of OSes adopt as standard for measuring their
security levels and provided tools.  Usually the tools are available but
not configured for the OS if Linux or a Unix variant.  By the way,
thanks for the article in SysAdmin Magazine.  I had no idea of the csh
or tcsh setenv variable vulnerability!
