[ale] Oracle out, MySQL in.

NASA just ripped out Oracle and put MySQL in its place...in one small

application system to be precise.


This is progress but there's still a long way to go for MySQL to compete

at the Oracle level.  (I've used both.)


MySQL is very nice but still doesn't support foreign keys (yes, I read

the manual on this subject so I know about the stated reasons not to use 

foreign keys).  I wonder if the developers encountered challenges with

this issue on their port.  Has anyone out there dealt with this issue 

in their projects?
