Not in the slightest.

No we can't get 100% of the sites, but if we can limit 90% or so and
let most of the goobs know they're being monitored that'll fix almost
all the problems.  As per the 1-2 kids who think they're smarter, we
have 3 people who'll be getting daily copies of the access logs, 
filtered of course.

If we don't get something in place the school is going to say they're
open to lawsuits and just yank the connection all together.  This will
ruin it for everyone instead of just a few who get caught for not behaving.

They are in plain view, but you'll always get one or two who think they
can hid a browser in the background and alt-tab when teacher is busy.
