[ale] [off-topic] Can we please kneecap the toner guys?

What a wonderful idea!
A local anti-spam posse. We need a hot line, some baseball bats,
wirecutters and media coverage! No court would convict on the grounds of
"mercy killing"!

The toner guys are particularly obnoxious. A protest outside their
business with repeated complaints to their landlord...
