[ale] H1-B serfs (was: What do you guys think about this?)

When I was working for a big web consultant company in Atlanta,
the markup on my bill rate was about 75%.  It is also a standard
in the industry.

My eperience with both H1B and sub-contractors has been a
disappointment in general.  The failure rate is like 50% before
we got competent folks.  One positive thing about H1B, they are
hard-working.  They will get things done with more attention and
proper supervision.  I also have a very high regard for a few 
from Eastern Europe.  They possess a very strong theoretical
background that allows us to push the limits of the technology.
