[ale] route to wm.themes.org

i've been considering switching from afterstep to windowmaker.
before i do i wanted to play with some of the themes to see what can be done.

i've not been able to get to the wm.themes.org site in days.
i've asked others on the windomaker users list and they say it's up and running
fine.

it seems to be a routing problem of some sort.
i've even used the dotted hex address for the site.
still can't get to it.

is there a way i can work around this?
