I would also like to hear peoples problems wite the USB modem and LINUX.
I am currently a "left-behind" Telocity Northpoint customer, and will be
getting Bellsouth June 7th. (It's finally availavel in my area for some
reason)

I currently have a Linux Firewall connected via NIC to my Telocity DSL. I
am thinking of going with the USB and trying to ge it to work. I dont
know how long I'll be able to look at that USB DSL modem. (That is the
uglyiest thing I have ever seen)

Anyways, Anyone had luck with the USB connection of this modem? I am also
wondering if some of the newer kernels (new than 2.4) have the fixes
allready in them....
