Is that in fact the contents of your static file //localhost/index.html or
whatever? Maybe StarOffice wrote that file for you.
In /etc/inetd.conf, do you still have a listing for something related to
StarOffice? Any clues in /etc/services? Do you get the same result if you
reboot, then do NOT use apachectl start?
