Looks like you have a faulty bootstrap, a corrupted OS, or there could be no
OS loaded,
but I dont think that's the case.  You may have to 'boot cdrom -s' from the
ok prompt and 
try to mount that device manually.  (Check /dev/rdsk once booted to match
the Solaris device
name to the physical device path that you typed in before).  If you can find
an OS on the disk,
you can try to use 'installboot' from within solaris to restore the boot block.
