[ale] xmms install for newbie

You need to run "./configure --help" and see what all of the options
are. There should be an option there for you to tell the configure
script where glib is installed. Find glib and type the path in after
that option. This kind of stuff should be in the "INSTALL" file. Also,
be sure that you run ldconfig -v after installing any new libraries.
Otherwise, the new ones won't be in your library path. Of course, if you
have a system that accepts .deb or .rpm files, you can just install that
way and avoid all of this.
